Terms and Conditions

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order.

Delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 14 days.

We will endevour to dispatch orders next working day from receipt of order.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs to mainland UK is £10. All other areas are upon application. One piece sticks and bags are also upon application.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification and the item has been unsealed. Should you return the goods we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to return your goods within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. All goods returned for reasons not covered by manufactures warranty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees.

All products are covered by the manufacturers gaurantee. However, should a product not meet the standards you require. Please contact us with all the relevant details and we will endeavour to resolve the problem for you.
